It will address the latest developments and strategies in offshore renewable energy, poten-tial investors from public funds and government support funding, wave and tidal energy resources,
One of the aims of this conference is to create a framework for knowledge sharing and to develop a roadmap for research ac-tivities in the context of offshore renewable energy that are a relatively new and challenging field of interest. In particular, the conference will enable research activities leading towards innovative, cost efficient and environmentally benign offshore renew-able energy conversion platforms for wind and wave energy resources.

The Programme will include invited papers whose aim will be to present the main issues relevant to the above themes and application areas, thus providing additional impetus for an open exchange of ideas.
Abstracts of about 300 words on any of the above topics are invited by the 9th April 2018. Upon review by the Technical Advisory Panel, notification will be given by the 12th May 2018.
